Sam Bankman-Fried is in a tough spot. During yesterday's closing arguments, the prosecution meticulously presented a wealth of contemporaneous evidence that indicated Bankman-Fried's culpability in wire fraud and conspiracy charges at FTX.

In short, the prosecution argued that the defendant's actions were motivated by greed and that he effectively treated FTX customer deposits as his personal piggy bank, siphoning them through his trading company, Alameda Research.
