This Tuesday, 16 Vote Mama candidates are running for office in Virginia to take down extremists and pass truly family-friendly policies. We jumped in early in key races where the future of abortion is at stake, and all of our hard work comes down to what we can accomplish during these last few days.

Every race we have invested in is neck-and-neck, which is both a good and bad problem to have. It means that every candidate we endorsed is running a competitive campaign where it matters most — but it also means we have to press hard in every race if our mamas are going to win.

We are feeling really good about the work we are doing and where we have invested our resources so far. Now, as we head into the very last weekend before Election Day, we are putting everything we’ve got left toward boosting our mamas during this final push that we call GOTV (or “Get Out The Vote”).

This means that we have a lot of work ahead this weekend. Our mamas, their campaigns and volunteers, and our Vote Mama network will be knocking on doors, running digital ads, printing brochures, sending text messages, and making phone calls. This is crunch time, and it’s our FINAL chance to reach last-minute and undecided voters and convince them to cast their ballots for our pro-choice Democratic moms.
