The state Supreme Court election could not be closer.

Friend –

The latest polls are in and they show that Daniel McCaffery and Carolyn Carluccio are neck and neck in the election to be the next Pennsylvania Supreme Court justice.

With Election Day less than a week away, the most important thing to do right now is make sure that you, your friends, and your family all have a plan to vote by Tuesday, November 7. Experts are predicting that turnout for this election will be low compared to presidential election years. That means that every single vote is crucial to determining who sits on the most powerful court in Pennsylvania for the next decade.

In the coming months and years, the state Supreme Court will hear cases involving the right to abortion care in Pennsylvania, voting by mail, criminal legal reform, and much more. It's up to you which candidate will decide our rights for the next decade.

Please make sure you have a plan to vote and bring some family or friends with you on Election Day!

Thanks for all you do,
