John Kelly Slams Proponent of Assisted Suicide Laws
John Kelly of Second Thoughts Massachusetts and Not Dead Yet says, "Many people believe that living with a significant disability is so deleterious that death might be better, and we're here to say that the state should not be making distinctions like that."

"End Assisted Suicide" is the group of plaintiffs suing the state of California to overturn the Assisted Suicide law there. Our 501(c)(3) sister organization, the Institute for Patients' Rights, has joined this ground-breaking lawsuit as a plaintiff.
