John — Election Day is less than ONE week away, which means
that it is our last chance to help Maine set the blueprint for how
utilities are structured across the country!

New polling from Data for Progress confirms what we already know:
Americans are ready for public power. A strong majority of likely voters
nationwide — 68% — said they support having a publicly owned utility as
their local utility provider.^1

Maine’s Pine Tree Power ballot initiative — on the ballot NEXT WEEK — is
our chance to set that blueprint for states to follow across the country.
But the investor-owned utilities in Maine are spending big money to
confuse the voters, and Maine polling shows that this race is tied up with
a huge number of voters still undecided on whether to vote YES.

Every vote counts, so we need your help to call voters and help pass the
