🩺 The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) is being exposed:
Isabelle Ayala, a female detransitioner from Florida, is suing the AAP and her healthcare providers, alleging civil conspiracy, fraud, and medical malpractice. The first detransitioner lawsuit in the nation to name the AAP, Isabelle alleges the organization knowingly misled the public in publishing and disseminating a fraudulent “policy statement” that has been perceived by many as an authoritative guide for the treatment of gender-confused children in the U.S. The suit follows in the footsteps of two female detransitioners featured in IWF’s “Identity Crisis” series who have also filed lawsuits against healthcare professionals for medical malpractice. Isabelle’s lawsuit represents a historic step in the fight to obtain justice for detransitioners—for too long, healthcare ‘experts’ have used the AAP as a shield to harm children by encouraging social ‘transition,’ prescribing wrong-sex hormones, and performing irreversible surgeries. These guidelines have had serious consequences for children, and it’s long past time that those responsible for publishing these guidelines face consequences, too.

Women Powered U.S. Economic Growth in Q3

The Bureau of Economic Analysis released its advance estimate of the third quarter U.S. gross domestic product (GDP), which showed the economy grew at an annualized pace of 4.9% during this period. This is double the 2.1% Q2 growth readings, which were revised down and better than expected.
