After a very distinguished legal career that included working for the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and the private sector, Victor Cabral won a seat on the San Clemente City Council in 2022.   Victor and his wife Anna are the parents of four children, and six grandchildren.
