Congress has been in a state of chaos for weeks because of the extreme Republican majority in the House of Representatives. It has never been more important to send a strong Democratic voice to represent us in Washington.

Rhode Island has a vitally important special election on November 7th. Today, I am honored to share my support for Gabe Amo to represent Rhode Island's First Congressional District. Before I tell you why I believe Gabe is the right person to represent the Ocean State in Congress, I want to ask if you can chip in to support his campaign so I can partner with him in Washington to work on behalf of Rhode Island families and Americans across the country.

Gabe has been focused on serving others throughout his career. I have no doubt that in Congress, we can trust Gabe to work tirelessly to strengthen Social Security and Medicare, defend reproductive freedom across the country, end gun violence, eradicate dark money from our politics, and ensure that we are supporting veterans.

On the issue of combating climate change and protecting our planet for generations to come, Gabe will be a strong partner in the House. Together, we will work to take on the fossil fuel industry and its dark money, stop extreme Republicans’ attacks on the landmark Inflation Reduction Act, and create clean energy jobs.
