Re: Demand and Petition for Immediate Arrest and Incarcaration of Joe Biden
Dear Mr. Speaker:
As you undoubtedly know, Freedom Watch, Inc. has obtained a conviction and a sentence of 20 years before a Citizens Court with regard to Joe Biden accepting bribes from Communist China, Russia and Ukraine, in addition to his having committed negligent homicide in Afghanistan. I am enclosing both the convictions and the sentences. To confirm the legitimacy of these convictions and sentences you may go to www.freedomwatchusa.org as well as read the relevant portion of my new book, “It Takes a Counter-Revolution:Wake Up America,” which I am providing to you with this demand letter.
The Code of the District of Columbia § 23-582, provides:
(a) A special policeman shall have the same powers as a law enforcement officer to arrest without warrant for offenses committed within premises to which his jurisdiction extends, and may arrest outside the premises on fresh pursuit for offenses committed on the premises.
(b) A private person may arrest another —
(1) who he has probable cause to believe is committing in his presence —
(A) a felony; or
(B) an offense enumerated in section 23-581(a)(2); or
(2) in aid of a law enforcement officer or special policeman, or other person authorized by law to make an arrest.
(c) Any person making an arrest pursuant to this section shall deliver the person arrested to a law enforcement officer without unreasonable delay.
Thus, even a citizen, when there is probable cause that a felony has been or is being committed, has the right of arrest. Here, with the enclosed convictions and sentences, you have legal process supporting the arrest of Joe Biden.
The House of Representatives, by and through its committee investigations, currently has in its possession much more than probable cause that Joe Biden has committed and continues to commit felonious crimes. However under the prior Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy, not only were impeachment proceedings not instituted, but evidence of these Biden crimes was only used for political and fundraising purposes.
Joe Biden has not only, along with his son Hunter and brother James Biden, committed felonious crimes against the people of the United States, jeopardizing their national security, he is compromised to the point that he should not be in office to represent their interests during these dangerous times.
As a result, on behalf of the American people, Freedom Watch, Inc., I hereby demand that you, as the new Speaker of the House, order the Capitol Police, who serve under your authority, to immediately arrest and incarcerate Joe Biden, before he can do more damage to the republic and continue to jeopardize the well-being and the lives of the citizenry.
Any failure to arrest and incarcerate Joe Biden will be seen by We the People as a continuation of the gamesmanship of the Republican Party, which thus far has simply used the Biden crime family scandal to raise money and perpetuate its power.
Please govern yourself accordingly.
