Yesterday before trick or treaters got started, our organizers went out to knock on doors, talk to voters, and collect more petition signatures to get Qasim on the ballot. Ask anyone in Chicago -- the scariest part of the day was the intense blizzard that blew through the area for an hour. But even the whiteout conditions couldn't slow down our organizer Mike:
