Because of your generosity, we are so excited to announce that we have been able to bring these amazing youth onboard as our paid canvass team for the final stretch of the election. 
 
They started their canvassing program over the weekend and their energy was palpable. They want to engage with candidates, learn about the issues facing the different districts, and use this opportunity to build their resumes, their skills, and to be more involved with their community.
 
Block 5th
 
By Election Day, they are going to be able to assist with getting out the vote in more than 12 different districts across the state where we know the results are going to be close.
 
The response we have seen from voters to young people talking directly to them about the importance of school board races and the faith they have in them to elect people who will put their needs and the needs of students like them first is truly something special. 
 
Due to the overwhelming enthusiasm for our youth canvassing program, we have more youth canvassers ready to talk to voters than we originally budgeted for. We now find ourselves with a $5,000 gap we need to fill to ensure we can give the youth who want to participate the opportunity to join us.
