On October 24, Georgia’s Supreme Court upheld an extreme six-week abortion ban in opposition to the will of voters and the expertise of doctors.
On November 7, Ohio's voters will choose whether to establish a constitutional right to abortion and other reproductive healthcare. Simultaneously, Virginia's voters, where abortion rights are hanging on by just a two-vote margin in the state senate, will cast their ballots to elect the entire state legislature.
Looking ahead to 2024, voters across the nation will choose who controls the White House, Congress, and 46 state legislatures, while also weighing in on various state ballot measures on abortion, equal rights protections, and other pressing issues.
