The project aims to enhance the capacity of MEA women leaders within governance structures at country and regional levels, through transformative leadership training. The training will focus on improving women's leadership skills, knowledge, and confidence to effectively participate in decision-making processes and promote gender-sensitive policies.
Scope of Work
- Training delivery: Deliver the training program, either virtually or face-to-face, to MEA women and men leaders in governance structures at country and regional levels. The training should include interactive sessions, case studies, and group discussions to ensure effective learning.
- Evaluation and monitoring: Develop an evaluation plan to measure the effectiveness of the training program and monitor its impact on women's leadership in governance structures.
- Reporting: Submit a report to the project manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
