OLYMPIA, WA ? In?October 2023, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) approved a Stipulation to Informal Disposition (STID) whereby Dr. Michael Gundle,?MD (Lic. #00024861) agreed to voluntarily surrender his Washington medical license. The STID resulted after the WMC issued a statement of charges alleging a violation of the standard of care.?Dr. Gundle is not eligible to seek reinstatement
