Marshall here with a flight update. Today is the day of the flight, Halloween day, and the stakes are higher than ever for the 100 at-risk pets in Louisiana.

Thanks to the incredible support from you and the iHeartDogs heroes we've made significant progress, but we're still in need of additional funds to ensure the safe journey of these innocent animals. As of now, we are 50% short of the total funds required for the flight.

The flight is ready, the volunteers are prepared, but we need your help to get these pets to WA, OR and ID!

300 of 500 compassionate individuals have stepped up to help get this flight off the ground. Will you be one of the 500?

Meet Susie May! This petite 2 year old mini Australian Shepard has spent her life as a breeding mom in a puppy mill situation. Now that Susie has been surrendered to the shelter it’s time for Susie to be loved and cared for like she has done for her litters. Her gentle and kind eyes show all the love in her soul and when you pick her up into your lap you will experience those sweet loving eyes. The shelter is so thrilled to be able to help her transition from a rough start to an amazing pet (Shhh she even gets a little soft food mixed into her food because she’s just so sweet!) Thank you, Greater Good Charities, for helping change this dog's life and the lives of so many other animals.
