The situation in Washington this past month is evidence the GOP can’t be trusted with the Speaker’s gavel – having taken it from Kevin McCarthy with no plan for the future, leaving the seat vacant for 22 days, and ultimately electing extreme MAGA Republican Mike Johnson.
