In a new court ruling, the Georgia state legislature has been ordered to redraw the Congressional districts. That’s right, The same GOP legislature that already tried to draw me out of Congress once is getting another chance to redraw the maps.

This has the potential to get very ugly, and I need to be prepared for a tough re-election campaign. My team has set a goal of raising $10k by midnight TONIGHT to prepare me for this upcoming battle. Will you chip in a grassroots donation to help me hit my goal? [[link removed]]

Georgia Democrats are fighting hard in court to make this process as fair as possible - but we can’t leave anything to chance. Republicans still control the legislature, and now they may take yet another opportunity to bend the rules in their favor.

My track record of being outspoken about gun violence has put a target on my back. The GOP knows I won’t back down from any fight – which is why they tried to force me out in 2021.
