Since Wednesday of last week, the people of Lewiston and surrounding towns have experienced a level of fear, pain and grief that no community should ever have to face. Lewiston is at the heart of Team Golden — it’s Jared’s hometown, and several members of our team, past and present, call it home.

We know so many of our friends and neighbors are going through something unimaginable right now, and if you’re looking for a way to offer your support to the Lewiston community, the City of Lewiston has set up an official fundraiser to support the victims and their families. There are other worthy fundraisers to support the Lewiston community at large as well that we’d like to share:

Donations will be distributed with community guidance to benefit victims, survivors and general recovery efforts.

Donations will support direct service community organizations including those providing mental health services, crisis support and other critical needs.
