Happy Halloween, John!

For us, the most terrifying thing we can think of tonight is a Republican candidate going uncontested.

Before the trick-or-treating and scary movies start tonight, we're going to ask you to toss a couple bucks in the hat to recruit candidates running in local races.

Even though we're about a year out from next November's general election, there are filing deadlines happening right now for down-ballot candidates in states all over the country.

We're busy identifying, recruiting, and getting our prospective candidates all the info they need to see their name printed on that ballot, but we've got to be frank – it costs us around $500 for every candidate we successfully recruit. And so far, we've helped thousands of folks run for office in their own backyard.
