Former abortion workers who attended the March for Life in January shared horror stories from inside the abortion industry, including one of a born-alive baby being drowned in a toilet, as well as accounts of the mental health issues workers suffer as a result of partaking in abortion.
“I remember lifting up my blanket and it being like a scene out of a horror movie,” she said. “And I just remember getting up, and as I got up I could feel a drip of blood coming down my legs.
