I hope you’re having a safe, enjoyable Halloween! I wanted to reach out one more time before midnight about my campaign.

The last few weeks have been incredibly difficult, but they have strengthened my belief that we need knowledgeable, experienced, bold leaders to take on our domestic and international challenges in Congress.

The race to succeed Adam Schiff is crowded and already very expensive. Unlike some others in the race, I can’t write a huge check to my own campaign. I also have no interest in relying on outside groups or corporate PACs. I only want to run a campaign of, by, and for the people of California, the people I aim to serve.

Tonight at midnight isn’t an FEC deadline but an internal benchmark. To stay competitive, we have set monthly goals that we need to hit. So I’m asking: Can you please make a donation of $10 or any amount before midnight tonight so we can win this critical race?
