Dear John,
I’m thrilled to share with you that 32 passionate physicians kicked off their 9-month advocacy training with PRH this month! This Class of 2024 represents 15 states and 8 medical specialties. They’ll join our national network of more than 500 doctors strong as skilled, effective advocates working tirelessly for bold solutions to advance comprehensive reproductive and sexual health care.
It’s clear we need all advocates mobilized as access to vital reproductive care remains in crisis, including maternal health. Read the interview I did with Insider on the stark realities of Black folks giving birth in the US and why there is no "safe state" for Black maternal health within our current systems.

We will continue to do the culture-shifting and community-centered advocacy necessary for all people to live freely, with dignity, safety, and security.
Thank you for being a lifeline for physician advocates and making our work possible day after day, fight after fight.
With gratitude,
—Dr. Jamila Perritt, President & CEO
