Can you? What a great conference. It was fitting for a 30th Anniversary celebration. Our fantastic speakers presented on a wide variety of approaches to brain health and wellness - from gut health to hormones to spirituality. The biggest take away for me was yet another confirmation that our body, mind and spirit are interconnected, and research is proving it over and over again. In my view, this is so important and I'm glad we have the opportunity to bring this information to you. If you missed it, we will soon have recordings available.
