FIRST: The far–right faction of the Republican Party united to oust Kevin McCarthy – leaving the House without a Speaker.

THEN: After three long weeks of Republican dysfunction and disagreement, the extreme GOP agreed to elevate one of the most dangerous anti-choice, anti-LGBTQ, election deniers to the Speakership.

NOW: Our fundamental rights to control our own bodies, love who we love, and participate in free and fair elections are at risk – and the stakes of taking back the House have never been higher.
