Arati Kreibich is a neuroscientist, mom, and borough councilmember. She’s running for Congress to pass Medicare for All and a Green New Deal.
But since she isn’t taking corporate PAC or fossil fuel money, she can’t buy every TV ad under the sun.
We’re posting every day with updates from the campaign trail and sharing Arati’s story.
Arati came to the United States when she was 11 and became a neuroscientist, researching diseases including addiction. On the Glen Rock Borough Council, she led the charge for town-wide clean energy and a plastic bag ban.
As a scientist, Arati understands the urgency of adopting a Green New Deal to address the climate crisis. As a medical researcher whose husband treats patients daily, she sees the need for Medicare for All. And as an activist, she's seen first-hand the corrupting influence of corporate money on government.
With the primary less than 100 days away, we know we’ll face an onslaught of Wall Street and corporate PAC money supporting Arati’s opponent.
Can you help us fight back on social media?
Thanks for joining us!
