The FCC is moving forward to restore net neutrality. This is the best chance we’ve had to win a free and open internet, since the Trump administration’s disastrous decision to repeal net neutrality protections in 2017, despite wide-ranging objections.
But telecom lobbyists are already working overtime to block or water down the FCC’s proposed rule.

Everyone benefits from the open exchange of information that net neutrality affords, but these protections are particularly important for individuals and groups whose voices have historically been silenced or suppressed. Without basic net neutrality protections, large phone and cable companies — Comcast, Verizon, and AT&T, for example — are able to block, throttle, and slow access to sites and services at will, charge new fees for users and companies to reach audiences online, and freely sell our data.
In order to win back protections for everyone, we need to push the FCC to reinstate net neutrality, and then we need to get Congress to pass legislation that will protect it once and for all. This is our battle.
Join us and take action NOW to voice your support for net neutrality.
