DC DMV seeks talented and professional Hearing Examiners (JD preferred) at our L'Enfant Plaza location. Some duties include:

✅ Conducts administrative hearings relating to the issuance of pedestrian, parking and minor moving violations including citations issued by photo enforcement technology.
✅ Issues orders of revocation of driver licenses for serious traffic offenses such as driving while intoxicated (DWI), driving under the influence (DUI) and operating while impaired (OWI).
✅ Determines credibility of witnesses, evaluates evidence and applies relevant rules, regulations and court decisions.

Interested candidates must have experience interpreting the law, conducting administrative hearings or trial experience.
