Team,

Next month, I'll be presenting oral arguments at the Texas Supreme Court in the Center for Reproductive Rights' case, Zurawski v. State of Texas. This is an important step in our case against the extreme abortion bans in Texas, and an important step for pregnant people across the United States who have been denied abortions.

While my team has been preparing for our day in court, my colleagues at the Center took legal action to fight similar abortion bans in Idaho, Tennessee and Oklahoma. Our caseload is increasing, and we need your support as anti-abortion extremists escalate their attacks on reproductive rights.

WE'RE HEADED TO COURT: PITCH IN

We are representing 13 women whose health and lives were put at risk because of Texas's extreme abortion bans and two Texas physicians. No one should be near death’s door before they’re able to receive health care.

"This is not health care," one of our plaintiffs, Elizabeth Weller said. "This is immoral and inhumane... no one should have to go through the nightmare that I experienced."

We agree.

We need your support as we fight to make sure no one goes through the nightmare Elizabeth and countless others have experienced.

Sincerely,

Molly Duane
Senior Staff Attorney
