Look, this isn’t an easy email for us to write.

We were high speed here for a few months, taking the fight to Tommy Tuberville, leading the work to get our senior promotions filled.

We got real results. Three seats in the Joint Chiefs of Staff are filled now — including the Chairman. Democrats are working on procedures to force the GOP to approve more.

But ever since we filled those 3 seats, attention crashed — and so has our fundraising. Folks aren’t paying attention. We don’t know if it’s because we’re getting closer to the holidays, or if it’s because folks think this isn’t as important any more, or some other reason.

Whatever the reason, this is not great. We have good women and men down in the field. We will not leave them behind. We are in this fight until the job is done.

With conflict boiling over around the world, we need the right people in the right seats. It’s beyond readiness now, it’s beyond our National Security. The entire world is at risk if the United States is not ready. Like it or not, we remain the indispensable power on the world stage. We have to keep up the pressure.
