John

As we enter the final week of early voting, I wanted to reach out and remind you of the incredible opportunity we have right now to shape the future of District G. Voting early is not only convenient, but it also allows you to skip the long lines on election day.

Why Wait? Vote Early This Week!

Early voting is ongoing through this Friday, making it even more accessible for you to cast your vote. Let's make a plan to vote early and ensure our voices are heard. If, for any reason, you can’t vote early, set a reminder to cast your ballot next Tuesday on Election Day!

My Commitment to District G

Throughout this campaign, I've been privileged to connect with so many of you, hearing your concerns, hopes, and visions for our district. Here's a reminder of the key priorities I'm committed to:

Safety First: As a father, husband, and son, the safety of our families is paramount. I have a multi-point plan to combat crime and ensure our streets are safe for everyone. It’s long past time to put a stop to growing violent crime and the kind of catch-and-release policies that are making us less safe.

Financial Responsibility: I've seen the burden of rising property taxes on our families. While my opponent has voted to raise property taxes multiple times, I will fight to lower them. She also has a track record of voting for city budgets well in excess of available revenues. That won’t happen under my watch. You can count on me to fight for fiscal responsibility.

Rebuilding Trust: Our district deserves transparent and accountable leadership. We contribute 33% of all funds to Houston and receive just 13% of the services it provides. Our roads are broken. Our water mains leak. That’s unacceptable. I'm dedicated to working in a bipartisan manner to restore the bond between the city and its residents, but I won’t take no for an answer when it comes to our core priorities.

Compassion and Conviction: Frances and I have always believed in giving back. From supporting local charities to animal rescue services, we're committed to creating a compassionate District G. But I’ve learned firsthand that private philanthropy alone isn’t enough to change the broken parts of this city. We need a fighter on the inside willing to get in the ring and shake things up. I’ll always give back to those our society leaves behind, but I’m ready to take the fight where it belongs.

A Call to Action

Our district is at a crossroads. The choices we make now will shape our future for years to come. I'm running to bring about the change we desperately need, but I can't do it alone. I need your support, your voice, and, most importantly, your vote.

As we head into the final stretch, I urge you to make a plan, vote early, and encourage your friends and family to do the same [[link removed]]. Together, we can build a District G that we're all proud to call home.

Thank you for your unwavering support and trust. Let's make this final week of early voting count!

Sincerely,

Tony Buzbee

P.S. Remember, every vote counts. Share this message with your friends and family, and let's bring about the change District G deserves!
