John,

The radical Left is desperately trying to ban President Trump from the ballot, and we'll be in court all week to fight back.

Colorado is quickly becoming ground zero in the fight to defend your right to vote. Lawsuits have been filed in a dozen states seeking to "disqualify" President Trump from the ballot – grossly misusing the 14th Amendment to accomplish their devious goal.

TODAY the first case, in Colorado, is going to trial, with massive evidentiary hearings all week. The CO Secretary of State is already trying to push the court to allow her to disqualify President Trump.

At the ACLJ, we've filed on behalf of the Colorado Republican Committee to intervene in the case. We will defend YOUR RIGHT to vote for the candidate of your choice.

This case could quickly head to the U.S. Supreme Court, and the impact will be far greater than just one candidate.

I've argued and helped win election integrity cases at the Supreme Court before, and we can do it again. But this is the biggest fight to defend the Constitution and your right to vote we've ever engaged in, and it's going to take immense resources.

Today, as our legal team goes to court, take urgent action with us.
