We’ve got an important deadline tomorrow at midnight. And it’s not lost on me that it’s on Halloween. So, rather than waste your time with some spooky email about “Scary Kari Lake” or anything like that, I wanted to look back at a few important dates…
January 23, 2023
That was the day I announced this campaign. At the time, all I knew was that Arizona deserved better than Kyrsten Sinema in the Senate. That was reason enough for me. I didn't know what to expect when I was preparing to announce. I wasn't sure what the reaction would be. But the outpouring of support was humbling to say the least.
The poor kid sleeping on the floor of a one bedroom apartment would have never guessed he'd be running for Senate, let alone with the support of so many people.
October 10, 2023
That’s the day Kari Lake launched her campaign. After our launch this is probably the most important day of the campaign so far, because that’s when the stakes became completely clear. That’s the day this race turned into something bigger. It used to be about flipping a seat in Arizona, holding the Senate. Now it is about saving our democracy itself.
October 31, 2023
That’s our end-of-month deadline. It’s also (obviously) Halloween. What that means is, folks probably aren’t going to be reading my emails. And that’s totally fine. But it’s an important deadline nonetheless, and we have to stay on top of our goals if we’re going to beat Lake and Sinema.
