2024 Cigarette Tax Rates
The following tax rates apply to cigarette sales on or after January 1, 2024:
* *Excise Tax*: 15.2 cents per cigarette
* *Sales Tax*: 73.9 cents per pack of 20 cigarettes (for packages with a different quantity, adjust tax proportionally)

Holiday Schedule for Cigarette Stamp Orders
The cigarette stamp order ship dates are as follows for the weeks of:
* *Veterans Day*: Tuesday, November 7, and Thursday, November 9
* *Thanksgiving*: Monday, November 20, and Tuesday, November 21
* *Christmas:* Tuesday, December 26, and Friday, December 29
* *New Year's*: Tuesday, January 2, and Friday, January 5
We must receive your order by 10 a.m. for same-day shipping. We will process orders received after 10 a.m. on the next shipping day.
