Michael made the second stop on his "Lowcountry Listening Tour" in Berkeley County, where he met with representatives from the Berkeley County Democratic Party, Daniel Island Drinking Liberally, the Goose Creek NAACP, and South Berkeley Democrats. 

Michael launched his tour in Beaufort County in August. In the coming months, he'll conduct similar listening sessions in counties across SC-01 as he continues to collect feedback from all corners of the Lowcountry.

Michael had an excellent time catching up with the East Cooper Democrats in Mount Pleasant.

They couldn't agree more: It's time to restore honest leadership and Lowcountry values to Congress.

Michael is committed to delivering commonsense solutions for the people of SC-01.

Michael caught up with two key members of Team Moore — senior adviser David Holden and communications director Quint Forgey — for a quick lunch in Boston.

Three weeks after Nancy Mace sided with some of the most extreme members of Congress to remove Kevin McCarthy, Republicans finally elected a new House speaker: far-right extremist Mike Johnson.

Thanks to Mace, the People's House now has a speaker who tried to overturn the 2020 election, backs a national abortion ban, opposes same-sex marriage, and supports cuts to Social Security and Medicare. 

By supporting Johnson, Mace has shown just how far out of step she is with the people of SC-01.

WCBD-TV interviewed Michael about all the chaos in Washington, and he called out Nancy Mace's hypocrisy.

First, Mace said she ousted Kevin McCarthy over "women's rights." Then, she elected Mike Johnson, who wants doctors who provide reproductive health care to be put in jail.

Make no mistake: Mace has betrayed the women of SC-01.

There's so much work to do, and we're only just getting started.
