Dear John,

With so much going on in the state, we struggled with how and when to share our monthly Lunch & Learn announcement with you. We made the decision to share on our normal schedule, hopeful that being in community will be healing as we grieve together.

We have one Lunch & Learn this month and are again cosponsoring the Indian Law and History lecture at the University of Maine School of Law. We hope you can attend the lecture in person at the new law school building in Portland (but don’t worry, an online option is available).

Hug your loved ones. Our hearts are with the families of all those taken from us by gun violence.

–Will
