What’s it called again when the same thing is repeatedly done but different results are expected?

That question and its obvious answer came to mind on Super Tuesday. Something’s going on in America that the party bosses and political establishment can’t fathom. Because they can’t seem to get their heads around what’s happening, we’re all stuck in the political equivalent of the movie “Groundhog Day.”

The biggest problems facing our country are being punted. The kind of politics needed to solve those problems does not exist. That's the bad news. As I said at last Saturday's Organize to Win Summit, the good news is that the kind of politics we need is in the process of being created.

I took on the challenge of becoming Our Wisconsin Revolution's first executive director with this task in mind. My first order of business was to hire four regional organizers to help take this effort to every part of our state.
