I won't sugarcoat this, John: Last quarter, I was outraised and outspent by my competitor, Adam Schiff.

But I don’t need to outraise Adam to win this race, and here’s why: A recent poll shows that this race is now a near-statistical tie. Which means if we can just keep up this momentum and continue making up ground with undecided voters, we’ll be on the road to victory come Election Day.

Listen, this race isn't going to be won by who can raise the most – it's going to be won by the work we put into this campaign every day to spread our progressive message across the state. So let me be clear: As long as I hit each of my fundraising goals to power my campaign, victory is well within reach.
