American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), remains steadfast in our commitment to the just cause of Palestine. Our efforts will only grow stronger as we bear witness to the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people. The attacks on Palestine are not limited to attacks in the land of Palestine. It is evident that those attacks include attempts to silence and censor the voices of anyone in support of the Palestinian people, including here in the United States. As you know, AMP is scheduled to hold its annual convention at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare on November 23-25, 2023. Regrettably, we must inform you that the Hyatt Regency O'Hare has faced multiple threats in relation to hosting our event. Citing those threats, they have buckled under the pressure and made the decision not to host our convention. Rest assured, our voices will not be silenced and we remain undeterred. The AMP Annual Convention will continue. In the coming days, you will receive an email detailing the new venue of the convention. We are fully confident that you share in our unwavering commitment to making this year's convention the most successful one in our history. To achieve this, we need your support now more than ever. We invite you and your entire family to join us at the convention. Together, we will demonstrate that we will not be dissuaded or disheartened.
