I've been watching the absolute chaos in the House the last couple of weeks, and all I can think is:
These are the people who want to tell me what I can and can't do with my body!? Seriously?
Tell Congress to end the attacks on sexual and reproductive health care.
They're lurching from crisis to crisis of their own making, even careening to the brink of a government shutdown. Now, the House majority has elected a new Speaker who supports a national abortion ban.
Their agenda is clear: these politicians want to ban abortion nationwide. They want to tell trans people who they are and how to live. They want to “defund” Planned Parenthood and block access to basic health care — including birth control, cancer screenings, STI treatment, and more — for the people they represent.
Send a message loud and clear: Stop the attacks on sexual and reproductive health care!
It's never acceptable for politicians to interfere with our personal health care decisions. But when the people who want to control our bodies and futures are more focused on pushing their agenda than governing?
It's up to us to make sure they hear from us.
