We’re bringing you the Top 5 facts on the current state of DACA as we continue to wait for a decision.

Hey Friend,

March is here, which means the DACA SCOTUS decision could go out any minute between now and June.

Last November, we rallied inside and outside of the Supreme Court in defense of our communities as the justices heard arguments for and against DACA. Now, as we inch closer to hearing their final decisions, it’s extremely important that we stay alert.

Because we know how much you love our Top 5 Facts video series, we’ve added another one to the mix. This time, to help you navigate through the current state DACA is in:

Watch Now

As discussed in the video, the DACA decision will come down to 3 major scenarios:

  • The Court decides to stay out of it: The Supreme Court could decide that it has no authority over Trump ending DACA. This means Trump will end DACA.

  • The Court sides with Trump: This means that the Supreme Court agrees with the way Trump’s ended DACA, in that case, Trump will end DACA and the program may be considered unlawful.

  • The Court sides with us! This means that DACA will survive but the administration may try to end it in another way soon after.

This decision could arrive at any time now, friend, but one thing will always be true: no matter the outcome, we will keep persevering. For our communities, for our lives, and for our future.

That is why we must mobilize our communities to choose champions, who will fight to push out protections even greater than DACA — protections that’ll include ALL of us.

Once the Supreme Court makes a decision, we’ll need all hands on deck. So get prepared right now to join us by staying informed and watching and sharing our new Top 5 video.
