Carlton County, Minnesota — The Board of Commissioners removed language from an ordinance that would have banned the sale of flavored tobacco products.

Kentucky — The state House passed a bill to increase taxes on e-cigarettes and other tobacco products from 15% to 25% of the wholesale price.
