The Left is desperately filing lawsuits to ban President Trump from state presidential ballots. We'll be in court all next week fighting back in the biggest of these cases.

We're representing three state Republican Parties to defeat these absurd, unconstitutional lawsuits.

We already defeated one in Oklahoma. We filed a key court motion in West Virginia to defeat a similar lawsuit; and last week, we filed an amicus brief urging the Minnesota Supreme Court to toss out another lawsuit attempting to have Trump stricken from their state ballot.

Now we're heading to court for critical hearings all next week, defending the Colorado Republican Committee in the first of these lawsuits to go to trial.
