Republicans Unite and Elect the 56th Speaker of the House – Rep. Mike Johnson
It was a critical week for the House of Representatives – House Republicans were successful in electing a new Speaker of the House to get back to work for the American People. Elise was proud to nominate Rep. Mike Johnson of Louisiana on the House floor, while House Republicans banned together in support of the Congressman. With unanimous backing, Mike Johnson was sworn in as the 56th Speaker of the House, and our GOP Women from across the nation were proud to share their approval!
