After Governor Tony Evers was elected, I had the honor of serving as Wisconsin's Secretary of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. I was charged with advocated for and supporting Wisconsin's farmers, rural communities, and consumers. I worked hard everyday, and Republicans in the Wisconsin State Senate rejected my appointment simply because I dared to speak up for the mental health challenges facing farmers everyday.

Republicans in the Wisconsin State State at it again. They are rejecting hardworking Wisconsinites from serving to hold polluters accountable and because they dare speak up for the right of women to make their own healthcare decisions.

Are they doing this to undermine democracy, or do they just want chaos? No matter what, this is wrong, and I am fighting back and I need your help. [[link removed]]

Serving in the Evers administration was the honor of a lifetime, and I get to serve as a State Senator in Wisconsin because I stood up for farmers in our great state. Will you help me continue to be that strong voice for our neighbors by kicking in whatever you can afford? [[link removed]]
