I can't believe what an NRA-lawyer turned right-wing judge in Fairfax just did. With two weeks until the election, and after more than 3,000 people had already voted, he disqualified the Democratic-endorsed School Board candidate from the ballot!
In all of my years in politics, I've never seen anything like this: a right-wing judge invalidating thousands of cast ballots and denying a choice to the people of Franconia district. Marcia St. John-Cunning is going to be a great member of the Fairfax County School Board. She's spent 24 years working in Fairfax County Public Schools, and will be an advocate for our kids, parents and teachers.
