John,

In 2020, grassroots supporters like you helped Voto Latino register and mobilize tens of thousands of young voters in key swing states like Arizona and Georgia — and our work helped Democrats win the House, Senate, and White House.

But now, as we gear up for 2024, Republican politicians in battleground states are working to stop voters from making their voices heard by adding barriers to the ballot box, making it harder to vote by mail, closing polling places on college campuses, and more.

It's not a coincidence.

"In 2020, young people participated in a record number . . . And instead of every single elected official applauding that effort and recognizing that the strength of our democracy is by participation — instead we find these individuals trying to infringe on our rights. . . .
I think it's because they're scared of the power of young folks."

— María Teresa Kumar, Voto Latino CEO and President

John, the best way to combat voter suppression is by working across the country to make sure our communities are registered to vote and know when, where, and how to cast a ballot. Will you pitch in today to support our voter outreach work across the country? DONATE: ([link removed])

Before next November's election, more than 4 million young Latinos across the country will reach voting age.
✅ If we can reach these young people and get them mobilized to vote, we can elect leaders who reflect our values by creating the largest, most diverse, and most pro-choice election in our nation's history.

❌ But MAGA extremists are desperate to make sure that doesn't happen. They've already passed onerous voter suppression bills in states like Texas and North Carolina. And in Arizona, armed extremists have shown up at polling places to intimidate voters.

It's up to us to ensure our communities are prepared to exercise their right to vote next November — and we're counting on supporters like you to power our work. Will you donate to Voto Latino now to help us reach young Latinos across the country?
