Starting Saturday, 12 Vote Centers Open for Special Election

If you live in the Fourth Supervisorial District, City of Chula Vista, Fallbrook Public Utility District or Rainbow Municipal Water District, you can cast your ballot early at any one of 12 vote centers starting Saturday, Oct. 28.
