Team,
A date has been set for oral arguments in our case against the U.S. state of Texas on behalf of 13 women whose health, fertility, and lives were put at risk because they were denied abortions, and two Texas physicians. The Texas Supreme Court will hear arguments on November 28, and they will be livestreamed. We will follow up as soon as we have more information on how to watch live.
The things our plaintiffs have gone through are horrific, and we know these 13 stories are just a small sample of what countless people are experiencing in states that have banned abortion.
Please take a moment to learn more about the impact of Texas's dangerous abortion ban by reading our plaintiffs' stories. [[link removed]]

Since we filed this case, people who have been denied abortion care despite experiencing dangerous pregnancy complications continue to contact us. Pregnant people across the state are being harmed because of Texas's extreme abortion bans.
The stories of the women in this case show the cruelty of abortion bans and the threats they pose to pregnant people's lives. Like our plaintiff Jessica Bernando, who found out that her daughter would not survive to birth and that she herself was at risk of developing a fatal condition. Jessica ended up having to travel over 2,000 miles to Seattle to get an abortion.
My colleague Molly Duane, the lead attorney who will represent these women and two doctor plaintiffs on November 28, said it best: The Texas government must answer for their laws that have nearly killed these women and that put more lives at risk every day.
Texas, we'll see you in court.

P.S. People across the world have heard these women's stories. We know that by sharing these powerful stories, we are amplifying the harms that bans on abortion create in real people's lives. If you can, please share these stories on social media or personally in your community. [[link removed]]
