Marjorie Taylor Greene SCREAMED at Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries on the House floor yesterday. Multiple times. Shouting that Trump won the 2020 election.

It’s bad enough that we have members of Congress and now a Speaker of the House who believe in these crazy conspiracy theories — but to shout them over other members of Congress is unheard of. 

You may remember she did the same thing to President Biden during his State of the Union earlier this year. 

In 2009, when Rep. Joe Wilson shouted “You lie!” during President Obama’s State of the Union, it was condemned by both sides of the aisle, Rep. Wilson issued a formal apology, and the House took the rare step of passing a resolution of disapproval. 

Now, MTG’s outburst is accepted as normal by the Republicans. It’s even encouraged — she’ll probably use it as a fundraising appeal.
