We may have taken different paths to get to where we are, and we may come from different parts of the country, and we never agree during the annual Army-Navy football game, but we have a lot in common.
We both put our lives on the line serving our country.
We’re both husbands, fathers, and conservatives.
And we’re both sick and tired of the absolute disappointment that D.C. politicians have been.
Right now, there’s a record-low number of veterans in Congress - and there are even fewer veterans in Congress that have experienced combat firsthand.
Today’s politicians are more focused on consolidating their own power and control over our everyday lives than defending our American values.
Trust us when we say this: we put our lives on the line for the principles that make us the greatest nation on Earth. We’re not about to give up those principles just because we’re wearing suits instead of uniforms.
